A true story:
“He’s trying to kill me! Please help!"
I sprint outside. Come face-to-face with a guy twice my size. And tell him to leave the girl alone. He generously offers to relieve me of my life.
Option A: Run.
Option B: Tell him I’m a double black belt.
I’m not even sure they make doubles. Kung fu isn’t McDonald's.
But I’m an Option B kind of guy. And I’ll tell you how I avoided getting my face smashed in if you interview me.
Point is: as a copywriter, I'll take action. Take responsibility. Stand up when something — or someone — needs standing up for. When others run away or mind their business, I'll have my team's back. And yours.
